Waiting

We had a good night last night.  Tim brought up one of Emmis best friends and emmi was delighted.  She also got a much needed shower!!!!

Last night we decided to order out from the spagetti factory.  We are dumb.  Evidently there is a huge basketball tournament going on near the restaurant!!!  Taylor went to go get the food and she had a heck of a time, being heckled for her 49ers sticker on her car, not being able to find parking, and ultimately ended up with a homeless guy pick pocketing her and snagging my debit card!  UGH

Luckily we got the card cancelled, and she still had her debit card that was attached to my account.  I transfered money and now I get to be Taylor for the next 7 days...but at least I can get home:)

Speaking of that very special 4 letter word...we hope to head home today.  The discharge orders are written...the scripts have been picked up..we are just waiting to do a final chest X-ray to make sure all has been well since we pulled the chest tube.

Ten days later....double what we were supposed to be here, but the end is finally so close we can taste it!

Please pray that the chest X-Ray comes out alright and that we can head home today.  I am pretty sure Emily can't handle yet another disappointment!!!!
